Each additional hour £60.00 (charged per 30 mins) 

Emergency call outs (out of hours 7pm-7am, weekends and bank holidays) 

£90.00 call out, £60 per hour charged per 30 mins

Discounted rates for work taking 4+ hours and again further discounts at work taking more than 1 day. Return visits to fit parts are charged at lower rate.

• Kitchen tap replacement 1-1.5 hours (£75-£105) + Parts 
• Most toilet repairs 1st hour £75 + Parts 
• Outside tap installation 1.5-2 hours (£105-£135) + Parts
• Combi boiler upgrade, complete package (£600-£800) + Parts 
• Conventional to system boiler, complete package (£750-£900) + Parts
• Conventional to combi conversion, complete package (£900-£1500) + Parts
